After I sign up how long does it take to get started?
After you sign up, you will receive a few onboarding documents to fill out. Once you submit your information we'll get you on the schedule to review your results. Average turnaround time is 5 - 9 days.
Yes. We never share your information with anyone, unless you tell us to do so. Your data is secured and the moment you want it - you can collect it.
You’ll start with your behavioral analysis, which retails for $49.
After that, you can choose how to continue:

Most people start recognizing changes within the first few weeks - better confidence, improved commitment and motivation to do more. As much as you can. We recommend weekly sessions of 30-60 minutes that form as you progress check-ins. Outside of that your plan will interweave with your normal day-to-day schedule effortlessly so it won’t feel like you’re doing a lot of extra work.
We start with your behavioral analysis to get a clear picture of your natural tendencies. IT helps us understand what kind of pathways, motivation techniques and opportunities we have to create the most successful plan with you.
Once your results are in, you’ll speak with our client success team who will walk you through the plan our system and coaches have put together for you.
